① General Features Step 1 of 6

The YabaNet App is organised around a central navigation bar that adapts to your assigned role. Public visitors see informational pages and the access request form. Once approved and logged in, your menu expands to show only the features your role permits — Budget Capture for team members, approval tools for team leaders, and full Administrative tools for system administrators. Role-based visibility means users only ever see what is relevant to their function.

💡 Your menu is automatically configured when an administrator approves your access request and assigns your role.
